Just plugged in the numbers and Henne has an impressive QB rating through 3 games. Let's hope this translates over to the regular season.

Here is a good website to calculate QB rating in case you don't like math.

Chad Henne has seem like a whole new different person. Much more confident, energized. Just look at the Brandon Marshall celebration. Henne ran down 60 yards into the endzone and was PUMPED.. I never really seen Henne that pumped before.

Look at the celebration, Im laughing so hard about it.

The oline couldn't make it all the way down, they ran down and stopped.. LOL Incognito and Columbo made it.. Columbo made it all the way down, gave Marshall 1 slap on the head and walked away.. Carey and Murtha couldn't make it into the celebration. Lol Murtha starrted walking! xD.. Pouncey was down there before Henne! I want to see the whole play from a birdseye so I can see these big boys run! LOL has some wheels!

Henne is also averaging what would amount to roughly 17 points in scoring in 4 quarters.

It must really bother you when Henne plays well...SMH. If you wan't to get technical Henne has played exactly 5 quarters and led the team to 27 points.

7 vs Atlanta in 1 quarter (Without Bush and Marshall)
10 vs Carolina in 2 quarters
10 vs Tampa in 2 quarters

edit: 17 points vs Carolina so the total is 34 points in 5 quarters.

Well, here's what bothers me the most: in 2 of 3 games, he has been either tied or behind when he left the game (and in tobight's game, the Bucs first team O would have out up more points if they had stayed out, while our 1st played against their seconds). And the one game he was ahead was against the worst team in the league last year.

There has been progress, no doubt, but tonight was a deep ball and then mediocre play, which isn't winning football no matter what the QB rating is.

Ohh, and he definitely played in the third tonight but had yet another 3 and out.

Mediocre play was the offensive line not Henne. He still led the team to 10 points despite the line playing like high school panzies. There is nothing mediocre about 10/13 for 175 yards. Also, his 3 incompletions were all drops. I'm not sure about you but I see a different QB from last year.

I'll agree- he is a different QB than last year. I just don't know if he has come so far as to actually be a winning QB.

For those that can remember Jay Feidler playing.. EVERY time he dropped back for a pass, you would hold your breath fearing that he would throw a pick.. With Henne its the same thing... EVERY time he drops back for a pass, I hold my breath fearing a boneheaded play..

Aj Feeley is a better example.

It's going to take a while for us to get those vibes out of our system. It's like we are all suffering from post traumatic stress syndrome...lol. One thing that does feel different when he drops back is the feeling of a big play coming, a feeling I NEVER got last year.

He's leading the league in passing yards and YPA (9.9). That YPA is quite significant - it suggests Henne and the offense really are capable of picking up chunk yards. Compare to his 2010 Preseason YPA of 6.0 and 2010 regular season YPA of 6.7.

Henne the Robot is a changed robot so far.

I've seen him barking out at his linemen for bone headed false starts and actually showing emotion.

Maybe he has a heart after all? :err:

Really. I guess you need to wake the **** up, because you're doing this to yourself, by yourself. If you fail to realize this is a different Henne, than I hope you don't kill yourself. Jay Fielder had a noodle for arm, no where near Chad's arm strenght. I don't understand how some people claim to be fans but can't see the obvious. New flash this is a young QB going into his third year. I hope you don't get an ulcer by holding your breath..
