Chad Johnson arrested sat night for Domestic Violence

70% of the people on here are anti chad in the 1st place. They were waiting for something to happen, and it looks like it has. This 70% have decided to be judge, jury & executioner and called for his head. Well, all I can say is that there are two stories out there, one contradicting the other involving a reality TV 'star' and a profesional athelete.

Not saying that Chad is guilty or innocent, but most of you believe that he is guilty. Lets just see how this pans out before passing too much judgement on Chad. It's not as thou he been in trouble with the law throughout his career.

This just might be a woman seeking quick $$ & more fame by lodging a complaint.

how do you figured? they are the same in my book, but i think chad is more dependable in catching a td pass, then rock hans marshall.
 
I was not a fan of Chad in the first place, due in part to his character and in part due to his diminishing play. However, even his more vocal opponents must admit that they did not expect this from him. Chad is a buffoon for sure, but I never saw him as a violent man. At the risk of sounding misogynistic, she must have been REALLY on his case for him to lash out like that. Understand I am not defending him, just trying to apply some rationale to the incident.

I can see him being cut within the week.

It looks bad for Chad. If they warned him on the show about not dropping F-Bombs because the organization comes first, they have to cut him for breaking a woman's head open. Hands are tied there, regardless of the circumstances of the incident. It's a shame all-around, really.
 
Not defending Chad but some of you are allowing your dislike for his being a clown to cloud your judgement on this. Believe it or not, there is more to the story then what is being reported. Maybe you should let the Dolphins look into the totality of it before deciding his fate.

If this was Ryan vs Lauren Tannehill everyone would be singing a different tune.
 
If I found a receipt for condoms in my wife's car, u can be damn sure that I'd have a bad reaction to it as well. I don't make excuses for domestic violence, but let's wait to get the whole story first. There is such a thing as due process, whether you like him or not.

Well, yeah...but that's in the legal system. He can have his day in court and be judged by a jury of his peers just like anyone.

But that isn't the issue here. His due process doesn't influence the decision of the team. If they feel he's a cancer to the team after this little stunt here, then they have every right to cut him based on his off-the-field stupidity.

I say cut this bum. Too many bad decisions that this guy has made. It never changes.

Ryan doesn't have a reputation for being an idiot or a locker room distraction. He's also not a marginal player/washed up has-been. Those differences matter. Players fighting for a roster spot can't have these types of incidents.
 
New coaching staff new system new QB hate to say it get rid of him we are building for the future anyway play the young guys. This year is all gravy anyway. Maybe Hartline will man up someday and get back in the line up.
 
I think we all have this wrong. The Media reports in all the Miami papers are writing it was a Receipt that Chad's wife found in "HIS" car. So it was Chad cheating on her. None the less, He is too much of a media monger and circus side show. Now we find out he's also not an honest man. Why bother to defend him?
