Chad Johnson: "I don't do media anymore"

Good. The less I see of this clown in the media the better.

lol, r and r, never ceases to get a laugh out of me =]. I agree 100%, when the media was interviewing johnson i would change the channel for a few minutes, dude acts like he is still in high school. I just dont care about knowing about his personal life at all but obviously he has some audience out there that goes.

Lol, Chad knows how to play fools for the fools they are.

OCNN all day!

Chad cashing checks!

It's A LOT more entertaining than hearing the usual boring player/coach speak that we are used too. "Yeah, i'm here to do my best and listen to the coach blah blah blah" :rolleyes2:

Dude is just having fun playing a GAME. It's just a game.

When the lights come on, Chad Johnson has always delivered. Let Chad be Chad and we'll see some TD celebrations

let chad be a clown and embarass our franchise further than recent years? no thanks, philbin aint puttin up with that bs. This is football, not a circus, if chad wants to be a clown he needs to go into the right proffession.

Jake Long went OFF on the sideline to the OL with a F'n this and that. He was fuming, and no man, in his right mind, would have questioned him then or even now. It was in the heat of the game, and the way players talk when they get pissed.

Chad, in a cool, calm PC was different. He has been there hundreds of times on network TV, and knows how to act. He chose not to, and Philbin was right in making it an issue.

He's not beating his wife or getting arrested for DUI's. I see no problem with the guy letting loose and having some fun.

Like I said when the whistle blows, Chad is out there ready to play. I'm not worried about him being cut for "being a clown" because it will never happen.

well lets be honest it was funny to see him cuss in his pressers or say w.e whenever he wants, but u cant act like that all the time in pressers, on the field its fine or practice

i guess he got philbins message...good for chad...now go out and play and prove me wrong for saying you were washed up...

If I was an NFL player I would just pay the NFL's fines and never deal with the press as a group. There are players that actually do this like Sterling Sharp back then.

I may be in the extreme minority but I couldn't care less if someone curses or not, cursing in a press conference for absolutely no reason though is going to obviously have repurcussions in a billion dollar industry like the NFL. He is wearing an NFL emblem speaking on an NFL Team's podium. He needs to be smarter than that.

chad is being a boo-hoo titty baby because he got biatch slapped by philbin after his patheticly vulgar display to the media.

uncalled for, childish and it made him and the organization look like idiots.

as i was watching this on hard knocks, i couldnt believe all the f-bombs and other 4 letter words he kept on and on with and i am thinking, man, i hope this is going to be addressed. if not, then i have no respect for philbin. well, philbin [thank god] was NOT pleased at all and took him to task. of course, ocho-stinko [and his, "i am a mature guy and not a joke any more so i am johnson again" obviously was bunk] was going on to philbin about thats me being me, its who i am. philbin told him that there was a place for that kind of talk, on the field, after a botched play or loss, but NOT as a rep of the dolphins organization and he himself had things he would like to say but, he cant as head coach and a rep of the organization.

chad shrugged it off and they parted.

its PAINFULLY obvious that ocho-stinko's priority is STILL to entertain the homies and make hi school kids giggle. it sure isnt maturing and bringing his game back up to respectable levels.

he is a CANCER and a MAJOR distraction. the only press we get off of him on hard knocks will be negative and goofy and to me, i hope he is gone, and NOW. i would rather go after another wr or go with what we have. why let him embarrass a team that BADLY needs good press and exposeur?

he was a disgrace, to himself, his wife, the fans and the team.

Damn straight. Great post.

was watching it with my wife, who likes the dolphins too, and my kid, up until that moment I had really been impressed with chad, I was dissapointed at how far out of his way he had to go to make sure he was controversial, and had to be so vulger. I kind of lost intrest in him after that. If he makes it, great. But I really don't want ANY player nomatter how good he is, if that is the garbage that will continually flow out of his mouth. I understand people curse, football players curse, but not that much, when you know you are on camera, and this is the few things that people get to see about you.
