Tannehill is a mere rookie. Doesn't take a lot to get into the head of a rookie QB trying to make it in this league.

And I don't want Chad on the sidelines complaining about not getting the ball or not getting looks or any of his nonsense.

Been fed up with this dude's garbage for years now. But I guess now that he's a Dolphin he's good all of a sudden.
 
Coach asked me personally and privately to be mature when talking to the public and representing the franchise so I'll do the mature thing and tweet about how I'm going to "just shut the **** up".

Nobody made mention of the guy returning to his pro bowl days but he can be a solid addition and I'm not sure if you've looked but our receivers aren't exactly slated to tear it up this year. Plus we have no idea whether HBO told him to pull that f bomb tirade for ratings.
 
Everyone will be changing their tunes when he starts puttin up numbers in the regular season. He has a potty mouth, weee so do I. Doesnt make him a bad person or player or team mate. I saw nothing in that Hard Knocks episode but a passionate player who is ready to work and end his career on a high note.

I love Philbin but his pep talk was awful. Just say Chad, tone down the language and we are all good. Instead he went on rambling nonsense for 5 minutes without ever directly telling Chad to just watch his language. It was painful to watch if you ask me.
 
I'd much rather go with the young receivers and develop them at the same time as Tannehill, let them get comfortable together and shine in the next couple years. Chad is a one year bandaide and hopefully just a Hard Knocks specialist.

He couldn't shine with one of the greatest QB's in the league on a potent offense but he'll shine here, lol!
 
So since some of you despise Chad Johnson for being himself, then you shouldn't cheer him if he makes a big play or scores a touchdown. When he starts committing dui's or assault at the club or on his wife then come back and trounce him. He wants to be remembered as Chad Johnson, not Ocho Cinco so maybe just maybe he's turning the corner in the maturity area. The guy is a passionate player who's only downfall is his mouth. Big deal! For years people have criticized this offense as being bland and boring. Bring in Chad and his well thought up touchdown celebrations and the skies are falling. I know some of you are so filled with doom and gloom and say he won't make the team let alone score a touchdown, but if he does, just turn the channel when games are on so you don't have to see him being himself and trying to help our TEAM win games.
 
I cant believe that football players cuss. My mom never told me that! You guys are unreal, questioning his manhood when you have Marshall as part of your online name. You guys should take up watching womans bowling or something. And dont give me the good old boy line either, this game is no cleaner than back in the day, just maybe a bit more gangster.

I really dont care if he talks to the media or not...I dont think thats the issue..the issue is what he said..You cant do a press conference and talk the way he talked..
 
Within a week he will be talking again to the media....he can't stay away.
