Who ****ing cares put me in the room with Omar and Armando and I am dropping 4 and 5 letter words galore.

There's a big difference between a player cussing on the field and a player speaking directly to the media with a foul mouth, big difference!
 
Reports are already surfacing that it was scripted because Chad Johnson doesn't usually drop f-bombs....hmmmmm....HBO having a reality show that's boring and gets miserable ratings? C'mon now, we can't have that on cable television!

Please show me where he has ever complained about never getting the ball. You are confusing him with T.O.. Chad is a joker, to my knowledge, he has never berated his teammates or complained about not getting the ball. Also, I never said he was good all of a sudden, but you are already making him out to be a bust. Yet, the stories out of camp are that he works his ass off and he is looking good. You have an ax to grind it seems, because you have a dislike for the guy. That's fine, but you may be surprised. I will take a wait and see approach, as I don't have a crystal ball to see the future.

as i was watching this on hard knocks, i couldnt believe all the f-bombs and other 4 letter words he kept on and on with and i am thinking, man, i hope this is going to be addressed. if not, then i have no respect for philbin. well, philbin [thank god] was NOT pleased at all and took him to task. of course, ocho-stinko [and his, "i am a mature guy and not a joke any more so i am johnson again" obviously was bunk] was going on to philbin about thats me being me, its who i am. philbin told him that there was a place for that kind of talk, on the field, after a botched play or loss, but NOT as a rep of the dolphins organization and he himself had things he would like to say but, he cant as head coach and a rep of the organization.

chad shrugged it off and they parted.

its PAINFULLY obvious that ocho-stinko's priority is STILL to entertain the homies and make hi school kids giggle. it sure isnt maturing and bringing his game back up to respectable levels.

he is a CANCER and a MAJOR distraction. the only press we get off of him on hard knocks will be negative and goofy and to me, i hope he is gone, and NOW. i would rather go after another wr or go with what we have. why let him embarrass a team that BADLY needs good press and exposeur?

he was a disgrace, to himself, his wife, the fans and the team.

I agree with most of what you said up until the part where you say he is cancer and a distraction...I disagree there. This guy is defintley an attention whore but players like being around him and respect him. They get a laugh and a thrill of being around someone like that at work and it eases their minds a bit from reality.

And if he came out saying he doesn't do media anymore, great! Although i take anything he says with a grain of salt, that just goes to show he may be taking his job seriously...

As long as Ocho is behaving himself off the field and producing on the field, who cares whether he throws a fit and sucks his thumb.
 
We all know Chad Johnson is a clown, and he has always been that way. If you expected him to be anything else, you are just an idiot. But to say just because he is childish, doesnt mean he is a cancer. His clownish acts will not effect production of the team. It may catch your attention but other than a laugh or a lunch hour discussion at dolphin camp it has not cancerous effects to the team.
 
Chad's biggest problem is that he thinks he is special and can cross any line he wants because of who he is.

Once again, that is his BIGGEST problem. Which is why I am rooting for him to return to his old level.
 
I was unhappy with the amount of air time HBO gave CJ. There is no doubt he was an amazing talent however after last years performance I am not sure why he should be getting any attention, playing with an all-time great and putting up those numbers doesn't warrant a staring role on HK. So if he would prefer to not "do" media that would be great.

In regards to the press conference specifically, I am certain most people get football isn't choir practice and that the regular use of expletives is normal as it is in most peoples lives. I was hoping for a real culture change with the new coaching staff, I am not looking for saints I am hoping for professionals and the simple fact the CJ felt it was appropriate to represent the team that way and that he needed to be admonished to behave in a certain way made me concerned that self promotion would continue to trump team work.

He can go off for whatever he likes. A clown is a clown is a clown. Only difference would be instead of a worthless clown, he'd be a clown that's not so bad on the field at least. It's not like this is some new revelation. He's always been a clown. I wonder if Terrell Owens would of gotten the same type of homerism if we signed him? "He's not a clown, he's just being TO!"
 
Can't believe some people here are calling him "garbage" as a man. :bobdole: Criticizing his as a player or for his antics on the field one thing, but to judge him as a failure of a man when we don't know half of what's going on his life is just uncalled for if you ask me. At least he's not out there putting people's lives at risk with guns or a DUI, abusing animals, or getting in trouble with women. Those are the real scumbags...Chad is a saint compared to some of these idiots around the league who get in trouble with the law.

If there's even been a better "kiss of death" with regards to the quality of a post, I sure as hell haven't seen it. I'm pretty sure NRA is a gimmick account... or he's hilariously racist. There's no way anyone would call the Sheriff from Arizona a goddamn AMERICAN HERO

And seriously, impressing the "homies"? This is flat out ridiculous. Piece of human garbage? There's no point in refuting with facts and anecdotes that point glaringly to the other side of that spectrum because people don't care. Their minds are made up.
