Chad Ochocinco released, states Dolphins possible landing spot.

I don't want this nut job anywhere near the Dolphins. Same thing with T.O. Counter-productive.

Not to mention all the "Sparano is a really smart guy with a lot of ideas" quotes. Really? Does anyone in Jet Land understand that he had ZERO to do with coming up with the Wildcat?

David Lee explained it to Henning. Lee and Henning then explained it to Pennington. Leee, Henning and Pennington then explained it to Sparano and Tony simply OKed it to be used.
Sparano in New York and Lee in Buffalo... can someone please get Henning hired in New England?

ROFL!

I can't wait till late in the season when the Jet's fans are burning pictues of Tony Sparano.

P.S. We can at leastr rightfully claim that we had no idea that Tony had no idea how to run a offense. Rex Ryan had no excuse. Their "reason" for hiring Sparano to replace Scotty is that "it will make their offense simpler". It has been "too complex" for Sanchez and company.

P.P.S. one thing that REALLY scares Jet's fan is that they traded for Tebow, hired a "run the ball" OC in Sparano and then drafted a option team WR who is a great blocker and is used to only catching 34 catches a season.

Can the Ga Tech option offense be far behind?

I'm here to help.

Keep reaching for the sky.

Henning didn't just run the wildcat formation when he was with the Panthers, he ran the EXACT same plays as well.

Those are OLD plays there is nothing new about them. It is old fashioned smash mouth football.
Henning has forgotten more about football than David Lee probably ever knew.

Sparano will be good for the jests simply because he will force them to run the ball much more. He won't let sanchize pass for 40+ times a game. The jests will self implode again because of their Head coach is my guess.

No chance in hell the FO even brings up his name in a team meeting.

Seriosuly. We have plenty of talent and potential talent that are better fits for our team. Everyone is dogging our recieving core, but Im pretty pleased. With Egnew and Clay as our seam threats, Bess in the slot, or even Bush/Miller in the slot or running routes in the flat...........it wont matter who is on the outsides. Hartline, Nanee, Cunningham, Fuller, Mathews, whatever......someone will be open or single covered. We have plenty of potential options and as Philbin keeps saying, "we dont need a number #" in a WC system.

Ocho Cinco is more of a disease than Marshall was anyway. Lets groom the talent we have.

No it is not, he is not in any way the future of this team. WTF is a one season WR going to help us? And OMG do not insult everyone by saying he will "mentor" our young WRs. If he is too stupid to learn how to play with Tom Brady, how is he going to learn to be a smart WCO WR?

Every minute spent on him will be wasted, every practice rep will be wasted, every pass thrown in a game will be wasted because it will not help anyone that is the FUTURE of this football team!

1st since when is a 34year old reciever washed up?
No he is not a spring chicken and no he is not J galloway either. So I'm not sure what would make you think he is a 1 year player. Chad is 34 but a 36 year old Driver would be ok? (just asking)

2nd dont know if you've been paying attention top the NFL for the past 5-7 years. Coaches get about 3 years to make it work. If not BYE BYE. The days of finding young Colstens and Cruz's are DONE. You can find them if you have front talent on the team already. ie Cruz. but to try and develop any player is a forgone thought in the NFL.

3rd it is NOT a waste of time to bring in a player that has MORE potential then your entire WR group. "We Play The Game To Win"...... The coaching staff is here for 1 thing - to win.

4th Since when you had to be the future of a team to be brought in to help the team be productive?

the only point you made was his mental state.
I question that as well as I stated. If Chad has his head still on the ocho cinco show, or bull riding, or twitter, or soccer or whatever else he has been into then what good is he.

It could get real ugly in New York this year, the locker room is already split. It wouldn't surprise me one bit to see Tebow starting over a healthy Sanchez by mid-season.

Good, cause their rushing offense sucks. And Sparano is awesome at running the same plays over and over and over again, that dont work

Ocho cinco is a top 10 wr... He is a superb route runner, good hands, exactly what our WCO needs. He is not a locker room killer like TO, guys actually like him. Like published today, the reason he got cut is cause of his lack of grasping the NEP offense + the dudes there been playing in that offense for years. Bad situation for him since the beggining, but point is psysically he can still ball doubt in my mind! For a million year, I have no problem bringing him in, nothing lose, top tier wo to gain.

I am very neutral to the idea of bringing Chad on to this team... I am certian that Ireland will not bring him in simply for ratings on HBO... That is not going to happen, but we could bring him in for a look because frankly what has Roberto Wallace, Morlon Moore or Naanee (sp?) really shown in the last couple of years? Not a whole lot. So if Chad would sign for the league minimum why not bring him in and see if it was the lack of his grasp of the offense in NE that lead to his decline or the loss of skill that lead to his decline. Either way it would be obvious really quick and we really would not be risking a whole lot bringing him in to look at... I would definitely rather bring him in over Burress or Edwards...
