Chambers is way overrated!!!

I think you crazy!!!

Hmm. Lets see since he has been a dolphin he has had only two Quarterbacks that have thrown to him, Fiedler and Feeley and both of them sucked. Once we can get him a decsent QB to throw, his numbers and TD's will go up and we won't have this talk again.
 
two painful words-Kenoy Kennedy-don't get me wrong-I love CC but he hasn't been the same since-hopefully without a weak armed QB who hangs him out to dry over the middle 2-3 times a game he will flourish-Linehan has to be licking his chops

Who is overrating him?
The Dolphin fans?
No one else thinks he is an elite WR, just a good one.

No one expects him to get 15 TDs and 1200 yards except Fins fans.

He's good, and that is what is expected of him.

I noticed that too...purely accidental.

as for Moulds vs Chambers you need to take into account the system and the Qbs throwing the ball.

We just need a capable receiver that can hit him deep, and be atleast more accurate than Fiedler, as long as Frerotte gets in sync more with the receivers the Wrs should get some yards. Hopefully he won't throw too many Ints, but it doesn't take much to have a better passing qb than Fiedler, I'm not saying better overall qb. Fiedler was a tough leader, that could scramble and manage a game, but you need to take shots down the field too, and have the arm stength and accuracy to do so.

Moulds had a big season with Wade Phillips as coach, Flutie and RJ as QB's and Antwoine Smith as a RB. He got double teamed all season because we had no other threat as out #2 ... Moulds has done much much more than Chambers, you guys have to admit it.

Most people don't really see him play either though, so that's why fin fans have big expectations for him, because we see his talent and potential, which is really big.

...A WR that is not extra special needs a qb who can get him the ball....

..Chambers is a playmaker and a top 15 WR in the league.

OMG, you just put Chambers in the same sentence as one of the greatest, if not the greatest, reciever in NFL history ... get a clue buddy!!!

..Wouldnt go that far..but he's better than Wayne and Stokely who both had better numbers.....Goes to show you how overrated numbers can be.

same thing! They are both bad quarterbacks that should be backups.... Anyways while I think Chambers is overrated I still like him. Dont get me wrong I think he is a good receiver. Just not good enough to be a #1 receiver in this league. I would love for him to prove me otherwise though. I cant sit here and say that chambers has the potential to be a top receiver because there are MANY players with a ton of potential but never live up to it. Right now Chambers has not lived up to his potential!!! That is why he is overrated.
 
this seems like a thread to just stir up attention more than anything. how can you be a real dolphins fan and knock chambers? Obviously if you dont think he is good you dont watch many games. He makes amzing catches on poorly thrown balls andis a very solid player.
