I think it might be a mistake to let Ray run the exact same offense that Jay was running. Make it simpler and let Ray's superior armstrength and running ability shine.

I suppose 13/33 (39%) and a QB rating of 26.26 shows his armstrength??? Please make your point. Also, who needs to throw to receivers more than we do when we have a stud RB??? Look at the Chargers, they are playing the exact same way we are playing. Tough Defense not a lot of passing, but a stud RB and look at their record 6-1.
 
Also, Ray had all the opportunity in the world to use his running ability against the BILLS, but do to his poor lack of decision making skills he opted to throw instead.......13/33.
 
You know, I don't care who Ray throw the ball to as long as he is wearing a Dolphins uniform
