You're delusional if you think guys don't want one of 32 elite jobs in the world.
Not only that, but Ross has already proved that he will stick with an underperforming GM for a few years for the sake of continuity. If anything, this is a MUCH more attractive job than the Browns or some other job in which you never know if the owner is going to get brought up on federal charges and/or simply decide to ****can you for things you couldn't control after one season.
