According to some of the people I've seen posting on this site lately ("Going into a strip club makes you a bad person"), I'm just waiting for the temperance movement to get rolling again. It's been about a hundred years since it really got going in earnest the last time... we're due.

So she walked into the golf club and she pulled Incognito onto her back and she emptied that bottle of water in her own face and all the witnesses were lying. Damn, I wish I could've figured that out.

Goon, you're right that most players have to be a bit out of the ordinary upstairs to be able to play at that level, but I think even you would agree that Richie's got some issues that go beyond NFL normal.

Probably a little of bit of both, I hope the team at least addressed his drinking after the charity event....no that couldn't be they allowed him to conduct his OL meeting at a strip club (smh)

I can't get out of my head that I am losing friendly bets with Pats fans thinking this is the yr we are going to beat them and little do I know my OL is having its meeting at the titty bar...conducted by Richie...and if you don't show up you have to give Richie money to defray his annual trip to Vegas......damn I'm a fool.....
 
My bottom line in all of this is that Stephen Ross shouldn't own a football team, he doesn't belong in the NFL.

And that makes about as much sense as her only wanting a simple apology for sexual assault...

...from the very guy that assaulted her.

Agreed. The trick is finding 3 or 4 real high character guys to negate the goons who probably # around a dozen.

I have a friend who has worked for "Financial services" companies (one in particular Co name withheld) and even here were known as Infidelity parties. Another scenario...Google; Spencer Hadley, BYU, & Las Vegas.

Life/humanity is nasty, vicious, & crass. That said, I'm more worried about self-professed puritans than the delinquents.

Stephen Ross really has been a mess of an owner. I don't dislike the guy, I don't claim to be smarter or better at anything than him. It's just obvious and more people don't realize how it has affected our team.

You're absolutely right, there are other bad owner's around the leage. Doesn't make our bad owner any better.

And look at least 2 of those that you mentioned. What have those teams done lately?

So, in order to be a "good" person, you must've won...Or, is it, you must win, therefore you are "good"?
 
Why would Joe Philbin take such a firm stand on the Chad Ochocinco incident and then turn a blind eye to the Incognito golf incident? He strikes me as a very high character guy who would try to be consistent. Unless someone else thought that the golf incident could be successfully covered up. I don't think that this bodes well for Ireland.

Hmm let's see. Ocho got charged and cog did not. The lady took the money. Ppl keep ignoring that.
