Power is "Mass * Acceleration*Acceleration" therefore you are correct! - LOL“POWER
The most surprising development in Robinson’s game is his bull rush. As a smaller edge rusher, he doesn’t have the mass to naturally impose his will as a power rusher, but he’s still been able to push the pocket by converting speed to power.”

Miami Dolphins Pass Rusher Chop Robinson Is an Emerging Superstar
Discover our breakdown of Miami Dolphins pass rusher Chop Robinson who is having a breakout end to the 2024 NFL season...www.the33rdteam.com
That seems to be in the park. Great players, but oft-injured....recurring theme?Over/Under around 6 1/2 games. Isn’t that what they have averaged over the last 2 years?
NoFor the record, there was only one player from Miami's front seven who played more snaps than Chop did last year;
Pretty sure I read that Chubb was ready to go toward the very end of the season but the team elected not to activate him because there was so little time left and nothing really to play for at that point. Had the Fins made the playoffs one imagines Chubb would have been brought back.I'm also wondering. Chubb has gone 1.5 years without playing when the season starts, and Phillips has had his own injuries two years in a row (I believe... memory might be wrong). We'll see how it goes this year. Fingers crossed we have fewer injuries.
It's not like top end QBs, OTs and pass rushers without question marks keep falling to the Eagles. They just have enough talent at the primo positions already that they can seize value at other positions or take chances on guys with red flags that fall. Nothing magic about it.The Eagles have drafted well for several years now alwhile already having great offensive and defensive lines and talent across the board.
Players seem to fall in an uncanny way to the Eagles on draft day for several years, and they're smart enough to take advantage of it.
Taking younger guys increases the chance they perform well for the entire second deal (if they earn one). Taking the 23/24/25 year old means they will be into their 30s and probably in decline for multiple years of a costly extension. Also, for a team that is trying to build a core to replace a lot of jags and aging veterans you need to start out with younger guys so that they'll still be in their prime by the time you've built the rest of the team around them.It's been an MO of Grier for a while now, he drafts really young guys in the first that could be great but will need a couple of years to grow. Even this year, Grant is only 21, he won't be 22 until the end of October, Savaiinaea is 21, 22 in January and Jordan Phillips is only 20 and doesn't turn 21 till next month. They are really young guys who have to go up against "grown ass men" in the trenches. We could have scenario's this year that has Phillips at 26, Chop at 22, Grant at 21 and the other Phillips at 21 all on the field at the same time.
I'm not sure if he does it for job security were he can say to Ross, "look, these are young guys they will need a couple of years to grow" or if he just thinks it's beneficial for the franchise as you should be able to get 2 contracts out of them before they start to slide.
Well, I guess that settles it. - LOL
