Active Roster
I saw hogan make some good plays tonight he had a great tackle on ST
My vote goes to Rishard Matthews. Better choice than Hogan. Hard Knocks made him a celebrity going against 3rd team in practice. May have the goods, but Matthews is proving himself in the game. Not to mention in college.
Hogwash. MATTHEWS showed some ability as a WR tonight. But HOGAN showed more.
From the game tonight, I'd forget NAANEE: yet ANOTHER game where he had no impact whatsoever. GATES, in limited duty showed more than enough: they covered him best w/an interference penalty. HOGAN I like, A LOT. Ditto, MATTHEWS. As far as I'm concerned, BESS and WALLACE are both easily "top 5", as is HARTLINE if he can ever get healthy.
Assuming that MIAMI carries 6 WRs on its roster, as of right now, my WRs are BESS, HARTLINE, WALLACE, PRUITT, HOGAN and GATES. MATTHEWS steps in if either (a) HARTLINE can't make it back; or (b) someone not named BESS either falters or gets injured. I'm strictly "hot and cold" about both FULLER and CUNNINGHAM. I WOULD place one on the P/S...and I'm leaning toward CUNNINGHAM.
If Hartline is not healthy he will go on the half season IR and allow us to keep an extra receiver.
Haha...unfortunately as average as Hartline is....he can at least luck into getting open sometimes. He can't find the end zone but hell at least he can help you get down there. Oh and where is Omars boy Naanee at? This guy is a ghost under the lights. If we are going to get terrible receiver play lets at least keep guys like Matthews and Hogan who could maybeeee develop into something other than awful.Thats like saying if the garbage truck runs this week, I can only leave half of it out and save some until they come back to pick it up again.
hogan dropped that perfect pass from devlin at the end.
