QB A. Smith at #2....

Or RB R. Brown at #5....

Personally, I prefer this senario. Miami trades a 2006 high pick to Seattle for RB S. Alexander, and then use the 2005 #2 in order to trade down and gather picks....

PHINZ RULE!!!

Forget a next year high pick for Alexander, the only way I would take him would be a player trade.

That would be great. I don't want edge or alexander. Lets develop our own back.
I agree we are way better off with a rookie RB

Next years 1st rounder for Alexander or Edge is foolish.
agreed, we can get a franchise back with our first round pick this year. No sense in using a future first on an older back.

Here is something that could be done. We trade down with the Bucs and get there 1st,2nd and a 1st or 2nd next year. Then we can trade are 2nd rounder for next year that we got and turn around and trade it to get James or Shaun.
