Cliff Avrill Info

Alot of the draft pundits thought that we might draft him when Avril came out of college. I have to say I would not be adverse to the signing.

Chad Henne's report.

Davone Bess' report. This one was frankly shocking.

Vernon Gholston's report.

The Giants have been using these psychological tests for years. They swear by them. But like anything else, they're only useful up till a point. Otherwise the Giants would field the most dominant team in the league, which of course they don't.

As a side note, I forgot to save a link to Erik Ainge's report, but he scored higher than Henne, too. I've always felt the guy was underrated, but still, pretty sure he's a third stringer.

I know this means nothing but for some reason i see potential in this kid. I got the same feeling from Cam Wake last offseason when we signed him. I relly hope we can find our 2 OLB of the future so we can focus on other areas of our D, like NT, FS and ILB!

How has nobody noted that the Lions are desperate for a RB? Their roster includes:
Kevin Smith, Maurice Morris, Cedric Peerman, DeDe Dorsey, and Aaron Brown. Smith is their top back but he is recovering from a torn ACL and a separated shoulder. Due to his injuries he is a question mark to start the season. Perhaps the Lions feel they are better off trading for the likes of Cobbs or Hilliard and keeping their draft picks than picking up a back in the draft. The Lions have so many needs that I doubt they are willing to draft a RB in the top 3 rounds. Cobbs or Hilliard would be a better play opening day than a 4th round (or lower) rookie. If the Dolphins do make a trade with the Lions expect one of our RB's to be involved.
