I totally believe in innocent until proven guilty, but the behavior from this guy and his reps is either really guilty or one the worst examples of how to handle a crisis.
If he had nothing to do with it, he should have been on TV making a case where he was and talk of his relationship with the victim. Be honest that it could be his kid. Show a human side and feel for the victim. If he never owned a gun, state that.
Instead, Collins has gone dark since this story as come out.
It just does not look good.
