Grier did the right thing but I am truly bummed. Thought for sure we were getting him and now heading into opening week unnecessarily disappointed when I’ve been hyped for this season the entire offseason.

The great news is, Grier is willing to consider adding players like Jonathan Taylor when the opportunity arises but doesn't get so set on adding the player that he gets duped into an overpay.

He didn't do it for Dalvin Cook and now he didn't do it for Taylor. The price has to be right.

He is going to get his full salary while he is on PUP. So I don’t know why he would file a grievance since he has made it clear he doesn’t want to play for the Colts anymore.

Of course it’s very possible they kept him on PUP because he isn’t fully recovered from his ankle surgery.
