I just think if they wanted a RB they'd have gotten Cook which wouldn’t have costed any picks and maybe even less money than what Taylor wants. I guess we'll find out soon but I don’t see it happening and again, I'd love Taylor on the team but this doesn’t make sense right now
The word is a first or picks that add up to a 1st. And highly unlikely they would tag and trade burning that tag on a player who doesn't want to be there. They have to take what they can get this year. Never know though I guess.
Maybe but I also never thought Tyreek Hill, Bradley Chubb, and Jalen Ramsey would end up here either and yet here we are. You just never know what will happen.Delete this thread. There's VERY LITTLE chance heck lets call it "0%" chance he comes here.
Between the draft picks and likely a crazy contract for starters it just doesn't make sense for Miami.
Anyone familiar with the immediate needs of the Colts? I don't really focus on them too much as they have been pretty irrelevant for years now.

Maybe Miami never wanted Cook because they knew they could get Taylor, and just flirted with him through the media to drive his price up for the Jets?

Why are you yelling?WILKINS, SEILER, WILLIAMS, HUNT, JACKSON, WYNN, VAN GINKLE, NEEDHAM, ELLIOT, CHOSEN, BERRIOS & BAKER are all free agents after this season.
WERE 32 MILLION OVER THE CAP FOR 2024 SITTING HERE TODAY.
AND YOU WANT TO GIVE HUGE MONEY AND PICKS AWAY FOR A RUNNINGBACK!!!!

Bing fricking GoIt does make sense when you consider we are an elite running back away from being superbowl favourites. With Jonathan Taylor we are likely the best team in the league.
No way, we need 200 pages of Taylor is cooking. And once that's done and Taylor reports to the Colts, we'll do another 200 on Jacobs is cooking. And then hopefully the season will start and we'll realize we don't need to run the stinkin' ball and when we do, we have the backs to get the job done.Delete this thread. When’s the last time an NFL team was considered “the best team in the league” when their offensive line objectively sucked? It does make sense when you consider we are an elite running back away from being superbowl favourites. With Jonathan Taylor we are likely the best team in the league.
