Colts give Jonathan Taylor permission to be Traded

We read this same type of comments about Cook and Cook now plays for the Jets. While I imagine the Dolphins have an interest in trading for Taylor. I just doubt they want to pay him the money he is looking for and they probably don’t want to give up a lot of draft picks for him.

I admit that I didn’t expect them to trade for Hill last season. So anything is possible but getting Taylor in a trade would be a bigger surprise to me than trading for Hill was.

Without a doubt.

While I definitely like Raheem Mostert a lot and his effort (along with JW) against the Jets got us to the playoffs last year in that win against the Jets. Those guys didn't have to deal with stacked boxes.

Taylor changes the dynamic completely. You can't afford to be in nickel and dime all the time with him on the field and if you are, good luck.

Taylor-Hill-Waddle would be better than Holt-Bruce-Faulk that the greatest show on turf had. Taylor is a better RB than Faulk but Marshall was an elite level receiver. I was a fan of Bruce/Holt, they did it the right way. Hill and Waddle just have more juice.

Outside of dolphin homer fans there is no one in this world that thinks a trio of Hill, Waddle, and Taylor is better than the greatest show on turf trio.

Lots of smoke now.
I want fire baby!!!
On Fire What GIF

You guys better prepare yourselves. I believe this is happening.
As I stated earlier, anything is possible. Yet Cook wanted to play for the Dolphins. He is from Miami and as a free agent, the Dolphins wouldn’t have had to give up any draft picks for him.

Instead he ended up with the Jets because the Dolphins didn’t want to pay him the money he wanted and the Jets were willing to pay him.

Taylor wants more money than Cook signed for with the Jets and the Dolphins will have to trade draft picks for him. It should also be noted that Taylor had surgery on his ankle last season and he hasn’t practiced at all since the surgery and is presently on the PUP list with the Colts.

Maybe he will be healthy this coming season but we just don’t know at this time. Personally I am prepared for whatever happens concerning Taylor. Either he comes to the Dolphins or he doesn’t. My life changes not one bit either way.
