Completely Dissed by FOX..

I agree with everything in that article. Where is the "dissing" that has you so upset? They say we have an abundance of RB's and we do. They say we have no QB and we don't. They say we could-COULD- be 0-4. We start off with 2 playoff teams and two teams that had a better record than us from last year. Unfortunately, it seems very possible.

will someone please tell that idiot who wrote the article that our team wears aqua not teal...

I think that piece was just a case of a writer with minimal talent trying to be interesting...No big deal really...But I bet he wasn't as tough on the Niners who sucked worse than us last year.

Five teams that'll be just awful

2. Dolphins  Given the opportunity to select the best quarterback in the draft besides Alex Smith, Miami opted to pick a running back. With Ricky Williams returning from his bizarre off-season of finding himself (smoking cannabis) and holistic healing, the Dolphins now seem to have an embarrassment of riches at running back. Well, that'll only be the case when Williams is done serving a four-game suspension for violating the NFL's substance abuse policy. When Williams comes back, the Dolphins could be 0-4. This is because of the team's complete lack of quality at the quarterback position. Miami continues to struggle to fill that spot with anybody good since the retirement of Dan Marino.

Five best cheerleading outfits
3. Dolphins  Teal is a horrible color to sport if you're attempting to be a respectable pro football team, but the color is great on the outfits of the league's sideline eye candy. While the product on the field in Miami figures to be horrible at best this season, the fans can still enjoy this team's lone redeeming quality, its cheerleaders.

Judging by the flood of "I can't believe they dissed us" threads, it appears as though we've got an abnormal amount of weak fans............ I mean c'moooooooooooon guys..................whoooooooooooo cares!!!!!!!! Grow up.

Well we could start with the fact that there are very few teams with a good qb. lets name them ?I mean cmon how many teams have a sure thing at qb? the bills?hell no! the jets? not one that can last a full year and pennington hasnt shown crap since his first season.Of course there is brady and manning ..but after that not much .. I know brees had a good season ,but only one .. we will see about him.the rest of the league is qb poor face it.mcnabb and culpeperare the best in the nfc .. after that who are the stars? The way i see it there is a league wide shortage of successfull qbs and we are just ONE of the teams with that problem...Let the dinkles say what they want but i dare then to say who has the great qbs after the four or five i mentioned!

The disrespect won't stop until we earn respect on the field with some wins. Until then we need to suck it up and deal with it.

I don't like the potshot at teal, I think it's a good color and original. What would he rather us do have some variant of red and blue like the overwhelming majority of sports teams?

His criticisms of the team were pretty on-point other than criticizing us for not drafting a QB at #2. There was no QB worth the #2 pick. Period. Including Alex Smith. I could see criticizing us for not taking Orton instead of Daniels in the 4th, but we're weak at CB as well, so the Daniels pick made perfect sense, especially since he is a known commodity to Saban.

If we can play ball control offense with our running game and make some plays on defense, the defficiencies at QB can be overcome for a respectable season, and then next year we can make QB the #1 offseason priority.
