Confirmed-Ferotte is horrible

42 yards to welker is pretty deep if you ask me.

Yep that was a nice pass. Doesnt negate all teh other bad ones, but does show he can actually make a good pass. Can he do it consistently, can AJ? THAT is teh concern.

you trust AJ to move the ball when he still has not led his offense to any points at all?

as a Starter he's only had 7 attempts this season..

If it wasnt for Man fumbling the ball on the 35yrd line that would have been at least 3.

Ferotte as a starter hasnt even reached the REDZONE!:(

I just want Feeley to start once more b4 we make a decision.

Well ****.. Makes sense to me.

LOL another case of hypocrisy this and the post you are responding to. You say AJ hasnt lead any drives to points, yet leave out the fact that he had us well within scoring range at least 3 times but drops and/or fumbles cost us points. Yet want to champion dropped balls as additions to Gus stats. You use playing against second strings as a curse to AJ playing better yet leave that out when you mention Gus drives that lead to points. You also fail to mention Gus' touchdown was an admitted bad pass not intended for that receiver but that teh receiver made a spectacular catch. But Gus somehow is credited with making a good pass simply because it was caught. Yeap result TD, but you actually think he will be lucky like that consistently badly overthrowing his intended receiver? The bias is thick today.

Well, Frerotte has had twice the playing time at least and has gotten lucky on one play. Can you honestly say that Frerotte is gonna lead this team to points when he can't hit his recievers. He keeps trying to force the ball, whereas AJ is taking what he gets. Eventually, that leads to points, whereas Frerotte is only leading us towards turnovers and three and outs with the occasional good play to break the monotony. I doubt Frerotte has even lead us to two consecutive first downs in the last two games.

That statement works both ways or are you not reading?

I read everything. The fact that u said frefrotte sucks shows that u are blind. I am not saying that frefrotte is good but it was not all his fault. It is 50/50, so if u start a thread put the blame where it belongs and stop pointing fingers at just one person. I am hoping that our QB situation will get better, be it that either AJ or Gus shows that they can lead this team or our coach brings in another QB to compete for the position. So remove your blinders and realize this is a team effort not a one man team. :shakeno:

Obviously you dont read or read what you want. I said that because no matter what AJ does he is bashed, yet when Gus is inaccurate those same excuse bashers start using teh same excuses. Yes Gus was not responsible for every incomplete, I dont any qb is ever 100% solely responsible for every incomplete. That doesnt change the fact that Gus was consistently inaccurate last nite. Yes some of those balls coulda/shoulda been caught, but they werent all easy receptions and they werent all accurate good passes. Nor does AJs stats mean he is ready to start or ever will be. It just mean that Gus is not looking as good as some make it sound.

I agree with that. I am a person who wants AJ to start but that's just because I think after the abuse he took last year that he earned the starting nod. It seems the OL is doing better and getting better as the season goes on, and I think AJ would excel better than Gus would with the new OL. I think with regular playing time that AJ is alot better than Gus. Hope we can still be friends Rickey. No hard feelings. ;)

It's really unfortunate that AJ once again hasn't been given a chance to prove himself capable of the starting job. You'd think Frerotte was the incumbent here. I just don't understand why he doesn't get credit for going 3-3 at the end of last year on a horrible team that had only won one game previously. I wouldn't say he earned the starting job, but he deserves a chance, especially since Gus has played like a rookie in first two starts. Gus should have to beat AJ for the job with superior play, not the other way around.

Funny people on the GUS BUS dont mention Ferotte had 2 turnovers and one taken back for a TD.....

But that wasnt Bust Ferotte fault ..

True. If Gus starts we'll go from having intwerceptions run back for TDs to fumbles returned for TDs. Gus is a joke. At least Feeley solved his interception problem

He has most certainly reached the redzone against Jax......please do some research before pulling random stuff out of thin air that isnt true at all.
