ESPN just confirmed that it's a failed test and not a missed test, but go on. beleive what you want

They didn't confirm anything! The only people that can confirm it is the league. Once the league confirms it then the team can come out and discuss it publicly. All this other crap is speculation.

Where is it confirmed the he failed a test? I have only read speculation so far.

I for one am holding out for him winning his appeal.... because that means that he is innocent. Missing the test because he is in India (or something like that) would hopefully give him a chance to win!

Ricky is guilty until proven innocent at this point. He is a threepeat offender and deserves to be treated as such.
