He looked pretty damn fast to me. Ran away from quite a few defenders on those punt returns. Actually, judging from that video compilation, he looked like a combination of Jerry Rice and Gale Sayers :lol: Damn that was cool.

Hes someone Ill definitely be pulling for this week. Thanks for the video man!
 
i was asking about this guy in a previous post!!! he holds the NCAA record for punt returns for TD's with 8 and he has a 25.5yd ave in kickoff returns which is better than Brightful. Oh yeah he also returned a punt for a TD in Pre-season for the Chargers! Lets hope he's got sticky fingers! Looks like we cud have solved our crap return game IMO. :)
 
I think he actually returned 2 punts for TD's in the pre-season and caught a TD pass as well. He then goes from being undrafted to making San Diego's 53 man roster, and in their first game takes 3 kickoffs for over a 25 yd average. But for some reason, they decided to cut him.
 
If nothing else, lets hope he can hold onto the dman ball!

i hate to be a naysayer, but doesn't anyone wonder why he was cut by the CHARGERS? i mean, they need all the help they can get. everyone gets cut for a reason.

Don't get me wrong, i am excited to get an upgrade over brightful, i am just cautiously suspecious. I watched the video (which is great, by the way, thanks for showing us that), and hope he can reproduce those efforts in the NFL.

anyone know WHY he was cut by the chargers?

just checked out the videos on him. he looks like he has some speed. He knows where the enzone is!!!! great video. cheers.

Hey, texasPHINSfan, are you by any chance a U of T grad?? Maybe that explains your shameless raining on our Wes Welker parade :lol: :jk:

BTW I think the reason he was cut is becuse the Chargers already have a damn fine return man - Tim Dwight. He actually returned a kickoff for a TD this past week; plus he is in their WR rotation. I guess the Chargers couldnt justify keeping him.

Why does it say fake fan extrordinaire under your screen name?( maybe THAT explains why you're raining on the Wes Welker parade)
 
now that was a highlight reel. excellent job, thanks. Looks like he has a couple of solid moves and great acceleration after stopping during his moves. Should help on punt returns.
