Conspiracy Theory...

I would agree with you 100%...but....WHY did Marshall run out of bounds with NOBODY anywhere near him? I have never seen that in a lot of years watching the NFL.

Cris Carter said he ran like he had a magnet in his helmet that pulled him to the sideline...(lol)

Sean Smith dropped an INT in the end zone gamne was over - he and others have just taken over the personality of their coaches namely TS - now from time to time players and coaches do tank plays and games as the mob and others have leverage in their lives and there is plenty written about it esp. Tennis, boxing and Basketball - PM me if you want sources

You've overestimated the talent level on this squad... Shock turns to paranoia... This is a bad team, even they believe it.

Nothing would surprise me when it comes to big business and $$$$ but......I think it would involve way too many people (players, coaches, FO) to tank an entire season and trust that NO ONE would ever say anything.

Really....does anyone here think that a loud mouth like Marshall would for all time keep his mouth shut if he was in on it. You don't think he'd spout off when his contract isn't renewed or he's traded or gets into some kind of war of words with management??? Trusting him and some other players (even 1 or 2) to keep a secret would be a HUGE risk to Ross, etc. and would cause major problems to the NFL when it got out. As the old saying goes....two people can keep a secret as long as one of them is dead.

R-Truth told me it's a conspiracy and all the little jimmies are behind it.

No their not. I can guess from this statement that you've never been part of an athletic program of any sort. As hard as those guys work, and as competitive as they are, no team ever wants to lose a game. That's asinine. This is a job for these people; and in this line of work, more than any other, you can't be bad at your job and hope to keep it. Even if they've lost faith in Sparano, or their chances this season, they know that every time they walk on to the field they're auditioning; if not for a roster spot here next year, somewhere else.

Total horse ****.
I actually have been a part of many competitive athletic programs. So you've guessed terribly wrong.

For you to say they gave the same effort in the second half, as they did in the first quarter...you must be smoking some good sh*t man. Good for you. Must be true cause you seem to have cloudy vision. If you think they gave the same effort from start to finish, I'll guess you've never won much in competitive athletics.

Check mate.

I legit think Marshall's momentum took him out of bounds, but one could argue he really didnt have to make that wide of a cut upfield,so.....lol

I, for one, don't. Wrestling you know is staged, scripted, & outcome pre-determined, etc.... In spite of that its still far more entertaining than football and the announcers are better.

In the old days of Mid Atlantic Championship Wrestling, Championship Wrestling From Florida, and all of the
Jim Crockett Promotions territories? Yes. Back when there was an NWA, a WWF, and an AWA with established
stars, rivalries and regionalisms? Yes.

Now? I dunno man. Now it's all a mass of the same thing over and over.

Thats the beauty thing about wrestling some gimmicks/plots/story lines work better at certain points others don't.

nWo & DX worked; Main Event Mafia & Evolution not so much.

It's not just that though. Ring psycology is dead. Spend 5 minutes working an arm and you'll get boo'd out
of the building. Watch some old footage with Gordon Solie commentating out of Florida. Heck, even
WWF from the Garden. It's a totally different mindset that both the fans and the workers brought to
the table.

I guess I'm just old school to the bone.
