At this point just seal the deal.

Finneran will be solid depth. Doubt he starts.

Shelley will be a camp battle for Guard position with Garner and Rookie draft pick. (Unless D. Thomas wakes up and joins camp battle).

I can see us rolling with

LT - Albert
LG - Shelley/Garner/Rookie (B. Thomas 2nd-3rd Round)
C - Pouncey
RG - Shelley/Garner/Rooke (B. Thomas 2nd-3rd Round)
RT - Z. Martin (First Round Pick)

Not exactly stellar line but can't be worse than last year.

I think if the Dolphins draft Z. Martin, it won't be to play RT. It would to play LG with maybe Michael Schofield or Billy Turner at RT.

vet minimum take it or leave it for finnegan...i do think he fits the scheme pretty well...but he should be playing for peanuts
 
If the fins signed a Finnegan on the cheap then they could afford to go after Browner (4 game susp.) Hope Finnegan can hold down #2 till Browner comes ,then could move Finnegan to slot
 
No Browner is in New England today. If he signs there their secondary is SOLID!!!!!!!!! I really wich Hickey had a pair to take a chance on Browner. Young Physical corner that plays man off man press man WELL. He would pair unreal with Grimes and Courtland......

Miami would shut the AFC east down with that secondary.

Lol. Uh, first of all dude, he's going to be 30 this year. That's not 'young' for a corner. Secondly, he'll miss the first four games for his drug suspension, which means he's one more transgression away from being gone for a year. The "pair" that Hickey doesn't have regarding him is called being appropriately cautious about considering him.

1 off dude. young is considered not over 30. he's a vet corner and he should play until he is about 33-34 that's 4-5 years out of him. Secondly I am aware of his suspension. Finally Hickey would ned a pair to take a chance on this type of player because of the risk and reward. He would get a million complaints from fans about taking a player with off the field issues. When his performance on the field HELPS the team win. So yes Hickey would need a pair to say F*ck you to whoever disagree with the chance on a risky player at this time for the Miami Dolphins.
 
Browner has been in trouble for the EXACT same thing two years in a row. What makes you think that we should risk our already questionable secondary for someone who has displayed no ability to learn from stupid mistakes?

Wtf.... Hickey put the pressure on. Tell them its now or GTFO.

I'm all for courting FA's and making them feel wanted and welcome. But seems to be draging out for lower tier FA. Not as if we are courting Peyton Manning.
 
Hoops your smarter than that. Miami plays its share of off man and any body that can play press and off man can play 2 or 3. What makes you think he is not a fit?

But no need to discuss this any further he is going to New England anyway.
