Not at all. I hated Ricky for quitting on Miami even though it was 100% his choice too. Him being a Dolphin doesn't make him free of criticism.
Why would Cromartie having all those kids with all those different women make him a great guy Dolphin, Jet, Patriot, Redskins, etc or not? The guy is a scumbag for having so many kids with so many different women.

The funny thing is you thinking you know anything about me or my thoughts. I don't approve of either's personal decisions with regards to children. That said though I don't think anything Ricky did to be absolutely terrible. He had issues. Well documented ones. Do I approve of 6 kids with 3 women? No. But it's half as many kids with half as many women as Cromartie has. Ricky knocked up a couple of ho's. Cromartie started his own ghetto neighborhood with a whole bunch of hood rats. Or do you not think that 12 is greater than 6?

It seems as if Ricky Williams' did what he did b/c of whatever issues he had. That doesn't excuse the 6 kids though (3 were with one woman?). Cromartie is free to have sex with whoever he wants but he has the option to use a condom. Unless he had mental issues like Ricky did the two situation are certainly different.

i haven't seen anyone celebrate ricky in this thread. you are the one that brought up ricky. he has no relevance in this thread. this thread is about cromartie and his 12 kids with 8 different woman. When/if someone brings up that ricky is the uber best player to ever be on the fins, and has never done anything wrong, then you might have a case. But throwing ricky into the subject, that has nothing to do with him, you sound like a woman trying to win an arguement. just doesn't make sense.

Exactly. When he quit I was a critic. I was also selfish as a Dolphins fan. I wanted him here for the good of the team. He chose another path for the good of his mental health. He made the right decision.

the point is all I am seeing are comments about his kids, how come no one was discussing this when Ricky was a dolphin?
Both did despicable things as human beings, both appear to have changed- good for them but it doesn't excuse what they did and it's pathetic how fans will bash one guy and not another just b/c of the uniform they wear or wore.

Read it again. Your POINT of the double standard. I was showing that someone else was doing the thing that you said "we" do. RW and AC are in the same boat. I frankly think that as long as the kids are getting decent parenting, the number of children and the mothers are irrelevant.
