He was the best coach we had. Brought lots of intensity. Players typically played up to their potential. Parkey had his only real good year here.

Rizzi could have been offered the job but turned it down, read somewhere he is in coversation with another team. Maybe better opportunities in a new organization.

I agree. He probably didn't think he would ever get promoted if he stayed in Miami

I'm okay with him moving on. He was good with us but the change may be better for both sides here.
