Great win for you guys. Found myself rooting for the wrong team after it was clear the gators had nothing ... which was about halfway through the first quarter.
Florida needs at least 1 team to be relevant ... and you guys are the only option. Ward is super interesting as a prospect ... just hope he doesn't think he's Mahomes just yet with all those off platform throws. Better teams will make him pay.

My son-in-law and grandson, who are both BIG UM fans went up for the game. I talked to my grandson this morning and he said that the UF fans were telling the UM fans that their team was going to destroy the Canes prior to the game.
He said that once the 4th quarter started, those UF fans had mostly already left the stadium and all he was surrounded with were fellow UM fans. Obviously he loved watching the Canes beat the Gators but not nearly as much as this old timer did. Because I will never forget or forgive the Gators for the flop game years ago.

I have learned over the last 20 years to not get too overwhelmed over a solid start to the season by the Hurricanes. They have consistently over the last two decades found ways to lose to inferior teams.'The U' is so back: Miami drains The Swamp and looks cool, physical and damn good

Yet this team finally has a difference at the QB position in Cam Ward. QB U finally appears to have a legitimate QB who can make plays no QB at UM has been able to make in the past two decades.
The overall team appears to be more physical and has the talent to dominant games. Of course this was only one game and they have to prove they can play at a high level on a weekly basis. Something they haven’t been able to do on a consistent basis for many years.
