that still shows that there are not many good wrs in the league..like MDFINFAN above you, he couldnt even name five...its not that there arent those exceptions, its just that they are very few and far between
 
A person would have to be pretty naive not to get exactly what was meant by the white comment. Now, many are saying it's not a big deal and no harm was meant, and maybe that's true. But let me propose a hypothetical:
If someone had asked if, say, McNabb or Vick had a chance to win a Super Bowl, and someone answered "He's black, take that for ....", what do you think the response would be? Not good, and rightfully so, even though based on past history the percentages aren't good. So it's bogus to act all surprised when this type of low-grade comment gets a little crap flung back at the perp. :shakeno:

exactly. i was gonna point out that he didn't even name 5, and that he didn't even know drew bennetts actual name. but i figured he still made my point anyway. If i had to put a list together

1. Bennett.
2. Stokley.
3. Dane Looker
4. tim dwight
5. chrebet
ya know what, Welker practically belongs on this list, he hasn't caught a pass but atleast hes scored a touchdown.

Now come on, that was actually HARD to name 5. seriously.

The majority of the NFL is black, by your reasoning the league should just ban white people because they're not half the athletes blacks are.

No way there's too many good players that are not black in this league..Sabanprez, you and your comment...we don't know anything about this new receiver, since the phins signed him, I'm assuming he has some talent, as many WR's as we had, why bring in another unless there's something about him? I don't think the color should matter..is the potential to excel there..that's what matters...
 
he played for pittsburgh and then whent to cincy havent heard from him since
