Dansby not happy with Dolphins’ decision to dump Chad Johnson

This isn't a regular job he is the leader of high profile grown men making millions of dollars, you can't just cut and run from controversy that is piss poor leadership.

Actually since they are in a union it is his business to some great degree and he has every right to speak his mind and he did it quite professionally. Players are not just gonna all of a sudden shut their mouths about everything because the players have the power in the league(well the good players). None of us can really relate to the type of job these players have because the nfl is nothing like any other non sports business. I think too many have a double standard. If a player says things people wanna hear they are praised to high heaven but there was nothing bad about what Dansby said

So you basically have no integrity and say what you think management wants you to say. he also finished by saying that he felt that management likely has more info than him on subject. he didnt agree with the decsion whats so wrong about that. I personally dont agree we should have went into Iraq after 911 does that make me a bad soldier. Unfortunately my job is much different than the nfl and I cant speak on alot of things to the media but the nfl is all about players and the media.

He is a grown man you and I may not like how he acts, but he is a grown man and one at the time his teammates liked and sometimes looked up to. That said during their televised meeting Chad always looked at Philbin and did attempt to have a adult conversation.

most of the players that have been asked have not been happy about it. This negativly affects the morale of the team, even though it satisfies the blood thirst of the coach potato's on finheaven

blood thirst? I just want to win ball games with guys who actually give a damn. chad johnson does not give a damn. He uses f-bombs on national TV? yeah, thats real mature man.

Im gonna be honest here, at first when we signed him I thought, this is really ironic after the things Philbin has said. Then Chad started saying all the right things and shutting up and working hard and then I said ok, give him a chance and see what happens. Then it took days, not weeks or months for things to completely change overnight. Must of been that camera in the room. Well, if those things are more important to you than catching an important 3rd and 3 then you need to just be gone! And if your marriage isnt important you shouldnt be married! The guy is all about him.

Yep my point of view is if the allegations are true of course you cut him, I just think rushing to do so looks bad. Perhaps Karlos was trying to say that, but we know how great he is with words.

I agree I dont think you cut Johnson based on that incident but as a football decision. I really did not like what I saw of Johnson he seemed to follow the cameras around but for some reason our staff had him as a starter. If guilty i agree with cut but you have to be even handed

I dont get why chad was going to work here after the things philbin said. Chad Johnson is a good man in one sense, not so much in another.

Worst thing thats been CHad's mo and nothing really changed. I think we should have really paid attention that he was a good boy in NE and was still cut so maybe he wasnt that great anymore. People wanted to blame the system but NE is not gonna try not to use a weapon

Dansby awta shut up and play football like hes paid to do...This is why hes probably the most overated not playmaking linebacker in the NFL.He sure as heck isnt a leader of this team IMO.
