Jeff Darlington just said on NFL Network that although Peyton really likes the talent on the roster he is very underwhelmed by the "structure in place" so it's going to be a difficult sell. Mike Lombardi said that the Dolphins pretty much have no shot at signing Manning.

If Jeff and Michael Lombardi said that than I now believe that we have no shot. Those two usually are spot on and are not known for spewing garbage. This is not looking good...
 
How does Darlington know what Peyton thinks? These reports are getting more absurd by the minute.
 
well just the other day we were out of the manning race altogether, so I say **** all these idiots who think they have inside information on anything.

just wait and see what happens.
 
Don't you think he should meet us first? All this means to me I he heard stuff about Ireland.

Darlington is usually on our side and I doubt he would make that up.. And Michael Lombardi is pretty well informed

Someone high up must have told them that, but one still cant help but wonder who? Maybe someone from Mannings camp told him. Or someone in the Dolphins Brass told him what they heard...
 
Manning is not alone.

Ive been incredibly underwhelmed as well with the pathetic and embarrassing leadership of this organization for many years now
 
All the other yahoos I dismiss, but Darlington seems like a true pro and I believe him. Crap.
 
Not surprising if true. Jeff Ireland is a douchebag clown who's also not very good at his job. I wouldn't want to be a part of an organization with him running things either.
