News travels very quickly in this league. Players and coaches all talk to each other. The NFL is on big fraternity. Everyone in the NFL knows the dolphins front office is run by scumbags.

Well the reality is Ross isn't going anywhere so get used to him. Ireland may get canned but not this year so get used to him. The true reality is that if Miami was a winner, there would be no complaining about the front office. Winning cures all ills and because Miami has been consistently mediocre everything sucks.

In my opinion, Crowder has a big case of sour grapes. Ireland very well might be an ahole, but many ahole GMs have been successful. See AJ Smith in San Diego.

Eventually you have to believe Ross will get this. Or at least you have to hope he does. Ireland is not just bad at his job, he gives off the stench of rotten mangoes. Ryan Clark, Jim Harbaugh, Jeff Fisher and now Peyton Manning.

If Manning is really using the front office as a primary scapegoat, then I'd question his real motivation to win in the first place. :idk:
Either way, I'm not going to be too surprised and definitely not going to get butthurt if Manning skips us over. He's earned the right to do whatever the hell he wants. I just hope Flynn, Tannehill or whoever our starter is next season can finally give this franchise some damn good QB play for once.
