That's what I believe.

Do you think Culpepper could be coached to be like Tom Brady? I don't think so.. but that's what Belichick is doing with Davey.
 
No the guy is only talked about because he played for Saban at LSU.
 
Any scouting reports on Dahvey from, say, the last three years?
 
so, did he get released? because last i looked he was still with the patriots. Saban wants to upgrade every position, so if he is released, he probably will bring him in. I dought he would give up any draft pics for the guy, though.
 
Brother-in-law. Though, I suppose as a #4 there's not much downside.

And he probably would be 3rd on the depth chart if he did come over, so what's the point? He'll be a better clipboard holder than either Berlin or Sage would be, not because he's done anything in his career, but rather because he played for Saban at LSU. I don't believe he's an upgrade over Sage, and if the team was going to bring in a "never was," Qb, i'd rather have Couch.
 
If Davey gets cut, I'd take a stabb at him. He's big, athletic, and durable. Under saban he flourished in LSU. Gotta give him a shot if he gets cut, he gave him props as a leader on their team at LSU in his book. Try him out, with the bums we got, he'll probably show some real ability and provided some athletisism to the position.

Couch is a slouch. Weak, frail, I'll take a stab at Rohan before Couch. But bring them both in for workouts, we have nothing to loose. I'd cut Feeley right now and let Rosenfels be number 2, he's better anyway and more poised. I hate feeley.
