Not sure that persons mental health, or any health issues for that matter, can be brought up to a potential employer by a previous employer if asked without risk of incurring a major lawsuit by the individual. Most large corporations will now only confirm employment dates and say nothing further.

Perform due diligence and Caveat Emptor...

I believe it's a FED law that you cannot divulge personal information like that.
