60.8 QBR on 3rd downs is what they're attributing to "3 and out Orton" on the Broncos board. Feh. He's also acknowledged over there as a strong camp performer who fizzles when the rubber meets the road

Wanting a 2nd, not even a 3rd AND a starting DL like Starks is rucking fridiculous. No matter what you think of Ireland otherwise, props to him for not bending over in desparation for this . Merling and a 4th is more appropriate.

Look Orton could put it all together . . . stranger things have happened, but if you can gamble on Orton you may as well gamble on Henne and keep the pick and the salary. Either way both guys are probably not good enough, but giving away more picks is unacceptable at this point . . .not for Orton atleast.

i also saw someone post orton at an insane 20.1 passer rating (or something incredibly low like that) on 3rd down and between 4 and 7 yards to go. henne was up around 60 (also piss poor), but orton's rating in those situations was returdulous (if those numbers were correct).

You're at the Hertz FLL lot, want a flashy convertible since you're in SoFL, but all they have is a fuel inefficient Impala, a basic Hyundai Excel and a Van left to rent. Certainly once you establish there are no better cars on the lot, you're gonna take the Impala cause you need to get going. .. but not necessarily like it. That's becoming the "Orton Quinn Tebow Conundrum" in Denver.
