I am basing this off of a Ben Volin tweet:
Believe I just saw Ryan Tannehill walk into the practice bubble, but it could've been Pat Devlin with a shaved head -- Ben Volin

Forgive my spelling. This was sent from my phone.

Agreed. With the new CBA there is no reason there should be any hold outs. Especially after Luck and RGIII have already signed.

Tannehill is missing from the practice that just started. Earlier this week when Vernon, Egnew and Tannehill were all still unsigned and people were panicking, I said I would be shocked if Vernon and Egnew were not in camp on time. I also said I expected Tannehill to be signed in time or only miss a day or two(which in the grand scheme of things isn't that big of a deal). I stand by that. I think Tannehill's contract gets done today or tomorrow.

I honestly believe they are in no rush to get him on the practice field... the kid is sitting out this season one way or another, what's an extra day or two of practice?

only us...first day of on field work and the top 10 pick is not in the damn building...only us...in a slotted salary draft no less...

unbelievable...

.....and the Jaguars.....and the Titans. So not only us. As long as he is here tomorrow or at least by Sunday, nothing to flip out about. Yet.

it's literally shocking that this isn't done yet...you got the fanbase picketing the gm this offseason over the failed qb attempts this offseason pretty much you tell everyone to wait til the draft pretty much you use your top 10 pick on a qb you endorse him as your franchise guy for the future and then you play freaking hard ball over some offset language and the kid doesn't report on time...

how many low damn blows must we the fans take...

What I don't like (and I know nothing about the contract side of things) is that WE drafted the dude in the top ten. We made that call to expose ourselves to a historically risky proposition and we are going to fight to mitigate that in the contract language? Seems like we should just go all in, rather than send a mixed-message.

your not saving anything by doing this...the money is not enough where you couldn't cut some overpaid underperforming vet down the road or even a marginal 53 man roster guy in 3 years and still bring in whatever you want...there's just no sense with this...

why do we have to be so damn hard headed...get the kid in freaking camp...he's now gonna miss the first day of on field and install work...starting behind the 8 ball from jump...

I think the Jags have a little more leverage with Mr. DUI, so to me that is not surprising.

But I will say there is absolutely no reason that this should cut into any more than a day or two of camp. The CBA is pretty clear cut when it comes to new deals and to drag it out any longer is not in the best interests of anyone involved.

I would hope this gets done by tonight.
