Did you all notice... They mixed up the snap count

Does anyone find it strange and even unbelievable that we are having this discussion 8 games into the season? This is an NFL team with NFL coaches and it's incredible that this is even in discussion. Something's terribly wrong here with coaching IMO if there's any Substance to this issue whatsoever.

maybe they didn't want to recognize the fact so when they changed it, it would catch the other team off guard?

What really bothers me is that the coaching staff and the entire team defended the Go - No Go cadence prior to this game.. On several occasions they ALL stated it wasnt a problem and totally blew off our crys for change... Then for what ever reason, the do make a change in the SD game and it made a real impact.

There is nothing worse than a dumbazz in power insisting his way is right, when its not...

I think the coaches just want to retain public image credibility. They probably realized it was wrong, but didn't want to look like the public/media is any smarter than they are, so they stuck to their guns to brashly prove a point that never became proven.
Now, weeks later, they finally stop doing it so much, and more success.

It could all be Sherman, and Philbin just sticking up for his mentor. Henning 2.0
I'm hoping for a coaxing of retirement by end of the season. Sherman's time as an OC needs to end.

I think you're spot on. Nobody wants an outsider to tell them how to do their job well.

Was working much better against the Chargers, I even remember seeing T-Hill catching some of the Chargers offside because of the change of snap count!

The Go/Go-Go thing is overrated. As Keith Sims pointed out recently, Dan Marino's snap count was 'on two' 99% of the time.

Seriously, go back and watch games where Pouncey was under center. Look at how he snaps the ball. Then look at how Garner snaps the ball. Tell me if you see a difference.

I agree, its not about GO or GO-GO, its about Pounceys tell (head goes up and to the right) when he snaps the ball. That's my opinion at least.

Pretty crazy, I've never seen a team like Tampa jump our count like they did, and then see so much the opposite the next week
