Dion Jordan Calculated Risk

The kid is a 3-4 OLB and this is a mess until the staff figures out how to use him right. He is a talent, though. This may be just be one more year of mis-use because I am not sure how much longer this is going to go on. The constant hits aren't going to continue forever. Ross' loyalty will not continue in perpetuity.

If the PEDs were stimulants then how in the hell can we equate that to fast weight gain?

It's not hard to gain 20 pounds in a year. All you have to do is eat and train. Dion's frame was ripe for muscling. Now if he were to gain another 20 pounds of muscle, that would be a huge red flag.

You can get busted for unauthorized sudafed usage. There are a lot of banned substances. Until we know for sure what he did, I'm not going to judge him. What most likely happened was that he was using one of these bodybuilding supplements that contained a banned substance (probably a stimulant... most of these pre-workout things have stims in them).

It's just hard for me to accept these reasons as players should have already been drilled about this stuff. Also, you have players with repeated offenses. You would think if you took something by mistake once, you would be darn sure be to eliminate the possibility again. Is it possible yes but most of the time I think they are aware what there doing.

I wouldn't be surprised if Jordan AND the Dolphins were in cahoots with the PED's he was taking. Think about it, his biggest issue was that he was not big enough to contribute like they wanted him to. Partly because he couldn't work out last season and the other part is genetics. Because he was the #2 overall pick last year, they couldn't wait 3-4 years for him to add the size he needs to be an every down DE. So they formulate a plan to accelerate the process. He put on 25 pounds of muscle in what 6 months? And nobody on the training/coaching staff questioned that? Yea right! They all took a calculated risk, if he fails a test... No big deal we are stacked at Dline, he misses 4 games but he Now has the weight to Be a beast! Now all he has to do is maintain it. Which is much easier than trying to build it naturally! Let's see how it plays out
You could be right. Steroids weren't detected, just the masking agent, adderall. We have a problem with the new Head Trainer if he authorized the program. Lots of rumors of HGH being rampant across the NFL but mysteriously it is not tested.

Because you would have to test for HGH every day. That's how fast it leaves the system

Amphetamine is used by some athletes for its psychological and performance-enhancing effects, such as increased stamina and alertness, but this is prohibited at events regulated by the World Anti-Doping Agency. In healthy people at oral therapeutic doses, amphetamine has been shown to increase physical strength, acceleration, stamina, endurance, and alertness, while reducing reaction time. Like the psychostimulants methylphenidate and bupropion, amphetamine increases stamina and endurance in humans primarily through reuptake inhibition and effluxion of dopamine in the central nervous system.

Adderall has been banned in the National Football League (NFL), Major League Baseball (MLB), National Basketball Association (NBA), and the National Collegiate Athletics Association (NCAA). In leagues such as the NFL, there are very rigorous requirements to an exemption of the rule for any athlete to use the drug even if they are medically prescribed by their physician.'

I don't believe for a minute an organization that has been under as much scrutiny as the Miami Dolphins has been for bulleygate , would intentionally instruct a player to violate league policy.
