Do the right thing Ross, fire them all after the game

Please Ross please fire them all tomorrow. All of them. Please. Any monkey can coach this team to losses so what difference does it make?

The right thing for Ross to do would be to fire them all as soon as the investigation is done and then to announce he was putting the team up for sale because he clearly is in over his head.

At first I was hoping this scandal wouldn't effect the decision on whether to keep or retain Ireland or Philbin, but this team was not prepared to play this game...so ****'em...clean house Ross!!

I've been a Philbin defender, but there's just no other excuse to losing this game except for poor leadership. How else is it possible that they could beat Cincy and not the lousy Bucs?

This plan is better than any I've heard. Can't get any worse at this point. Season over, laughing stock on national tv against a winless team. Water cooler fodder for the rest of the season with no upside. Fire them all
water cooler talk is the reason I am embarrassed to go into work and admit I'm a Dolphins fan tomorrow. I've already taken the Dolphins trailer hitch off my truck a few weeks ago. I'm going to replace it with Cuse bball. Something I can be proud of

They may all be gone after the season. But they will not fire HC & OC mid season... They may fire Ireland after the committee ask him if his Mom was a Pro, but even he could be fired after the season.

The Fins lost to a team that could not find a way to win after 8 games. They need to go... But Miami does still have a chance to push for a wildcard play. It is a long shot, but a long shot none the less and that is why the Coaches are safe right now.

Even Ross looks like he is done with this team, lol...

this team has fully imploded.

Its time to fire everyone, trade anyone with value in the offseason, start completely from scratch.

I don't even care anymore. Fire then keep them it doesn't matter the franchise will just hire another set of clowns to take a dump on us for the next 2 years.

Unfortunately, after seeing that press conference it looks like Ross is in love with Philbin, just like he was with Ireland, so I think its likely Philbin will stay regardless of what happens. Just more failure to come, sadly...

I can deal with losses. I can deal with bad losses. I cannot deal with a bad loss filled with missed tackles, stupid players making stupid plays at stupid times, or a team that clearly goes away from things when they work.

3 of our worst ever rushing performances all this year.

He deserves to have an empty stadium then.
