Do the right thing Ross, fire them all after the game

I am too much of a fan to ever give up and will hope for the best. This season does look bleak (JI to blame for not addressing OL) so my hope now is to beat the Jests twice and that will make this bearable.

Ireland should be fired now and then coaching staff at the end of the season. That would make this franchise appealing for guys like Gruden or Cower. Solidify OL in FA or draft and get a RB. Give RT 1 more year with good coaching, a good OL and a decent run game. If he can't get it done then we must move on. If a stud QB falls to us in the draft we should pull the trigger too and give RT competition. Why is this formula so hard for Ross to follow? Get er done!

Oh and tank the rest of the season and not screw us with a bad draft position again! Eh, maybe beat the Jets once...

You're kidding right?

Look, I get that the coaching staff is average to below average. But you remove what has been in place now for ten weeks and you start from scratch. If you fire Philbin, Sherman and Coyle who takes over? Their underlings? People who have done nothing but promote that same sub-par offense. More importantly when has firing a coach, let alone an entire coaching staff, halfway through a season ever been beneficial? Seriously. I sure can't think of one. And while I am all for firing the staff, I will NEVER cheer for this team to lose. I may think they will lose certain games. But to hope the coaching staff gets fired just to tank the rest of the season just to be a LITTLE bit higher in the draft? No thank you.

No leadership whatsover, no one stepped up except Rishard Matthews. Who I think showed he should be a top-3 receiver for us next year. No way to trade anyone, Wallace is an average wideout with blazing speed, and we have a QB that can't hit the deep ball to save his soul. Where was Cam Wake tonight after his breakout game last week? Why in the f'n world can't Dion Jordan takover for Phillip Wheeler, could he do worse??? And did anyone else see Tannehill smiling all night long? I like him, I still think he can develop, but dude....smiling? There shouldn't be any smiling on the sidelines during a game unless your up by three touchdowns with less than 5 minutes. Watching the sidelines last night, you could tell they were not into that game at all. Guys standing around, sitting on their asses, smiles.....every member of the team not in position meeting should have been standing at the edge of the field screaming at their teammates. Pathetic. Ireland should have been gone 2 years ago, and I'm afraid Ross is going to keep Philbin for 2 years too long. What GM is going to come here saddled with a head coach the owner is in love with? Ross, you need to love the team, not the head coach. Not the GM. But for the love of God, you lost to an 0-8 team and your season is a joke.....do SOMEthing.....fire Ireland, promote Aponte, put the coaching staff on notice.....grow a set.

I was telling the wife that this was the type of game that THE PLAYERS won to stay focused on winning and not the JM/RI bullygate. Well I was wrong. A flat defense in the 1st half, and no inspired o-line.
The team has already quit the season. We need a new culture and what Ireland and Philbin, and Sherman are giving is stained and ragged. It's all just a big soap opera these days.

Please Ross please fire them all tomorrow. All of them. Please. Any monkey can coach this team to losses so what difference does it make?

Yep ... the time has come Ross.
