Viva la resistance!!!
You aren't concerned about the press raking the Dolphins over the coals when he files a wrongful termination lawsuit? Firing someone for upholding the HIPAA privacy regulations on the same day they were to be honored by the league for being the best at their profession isn't a case that most lawyers would want to defend.
No, because I don't think he has much of a case. His lawyer will threaten to go to court but in the end all they can really hope to get is a little more cash and I don't think he can even get that. To sue and win, he has to prove he was injured in some way. He wasn't. He walked out with two years pay in his pocket. Where's the injury? The report was made public by the league, so he can't blame Miami for whatever damage the report did to his reputation. He's pissed and he's bloviating. Who gives a rat's ass?
