He definitely comes back. And it would be a public relations nightmare to cut him.......being a whistleblower and what not. Phins cant let him go and if they did, they would likely have to pay a nice check for letting things happen on their watch. Death threats and racial slurs in the work place are major HR violations.

I hear you about just releasing him, but you don't think he says that he is mentally unable to come back because of what has happened? I sure do.
