Does Miami Want A FB?

I would much rather have a capable FB on the team then Daniel Thomas. Give Gileslee a chance to play, cut thomas and sign a good FB. As mentioned in this thread, Polite was awsome for us. We need a FB we can use for goaline plays, and 3rd and shorts... And guys who can lead block and be used to protect Tannehill.
 
Asking about a fullback is like asking who wants an 8 track stereo.

Polite was special in short yardage but, it's difficult to take up a roster spot for a FB who is only going to play around 20-25% of the snaps. Does anyone know how Kuhn did in short yardage?

Dont have a number but hes great in short yardage. And i would much rather have a FB play 25% of snaps , then have Daniel Thomas playing on the bench doing nothing.
 
The coach is the coach for a reason, but I can't agree that we don't need a FB when I see the offense struggling to really block in the running game (and I don't only mean the O-lineman).

It is a bit confusing with Philbin using a FB in GB but Philly not having one on the roster, if Lazor wants to follow that.
 
I'd be happy if we took the LSU fullback in the 4th round. But as people have pointed out, he does not seem like a system fit. I think he will be a terrific pro for somebody. Would like the physical presence.
 
No room for a fb use that roster spot on an extra TE
