Did you get a you will be reduced to a peasant if you are not connectable warning ? Well I got one too.Its ridiculous .We will not be able to overcome the whims of the site Admin until we get our own tracker.Those who are working on one please work faster.;)
 
Yes I did and I have uploaded alomost 3GB from the boys game, so someone must be connecting to me.:fire:

The red No indicates you are not connectable and you probably have received a warning from the site.Try forwarding techniques to forward your ports.

I have ports 6881-6887 open already and xp firewall turned off.

I was using BitComet, but I switched to BitTornado since they banned Comet... why'd they ban it anyway, I like Comet a lot better :(

The site Admin didnt like it because it was bridging over to non members and it was affecting the ratios.The Azareus does it too but it has an option to shut that off which is why it was not banned.

dumb question but what client are you using and are those the ports you configured the client to use ?

Also one cool feature that I like about BitSpirit is you can give it the location of your virus scanner and it will auto scan the completed downloads. Don't really need it with what we are sharing, but if anyone pulls other torrents besides these, it's a great feature imo.

I am getting to like it more every day.It just takes a little time to get used to its features.Only complaint I have is that it would not resume torrents started somewhere else on another client but I may find out that its my fault and there is a solution within the options .

I just the “auto-demotion†message. I thought I had my firewall configured correctly (Norton 2005) as suggested in the portforward.com. I guess not. I PM their staff for help, no response yet.

Where do you find out if you're connectable or not? I don't see any stat for that on the site.

Very nice! I didn't notice that feature.

Do you know what file to use for NAV 2005? navw32.exe?
