Jake Rogers, the University of Cincinnati’s all-time leading scorer, has been signed to a contract.

Rogers has bounced around the NFL but he has never played in a regular season game. The Saints signed him as an undrafted free agent in 2011 and he also spent time with the Bucs, Cowboys, and Giants.
