Normally I'd stream the game and have a chat in my Twitch, but it seems to be suffering from some lag. Until that is corrected I'll host the watch party in my Madden Discord channel. Directions:
- When you join the discord, message DOLFANMIKE and let him know you are with FINHEAVEN. I'll then grant you permissions to join the channel. It's best to join before the game begins. That will allow you to jump in easily on your own and not wait for permissions. You can start joining it as early as now.
- If you are new to Discord, please use the same name when you name yourself as you use in FINHEAVEN so I know who you are.
- Once you get your permissions, you'll notice you cant speak in the channel until you put on push to talk in your settings. This prevents us from hearing everything in everyone's background, like wives yelling at you to go mow the lawn. So if you'd like to interact you must have that set up correctly in your settings. I can help you with that if you need it. It only takes about a minute to set up.
I can't tell you the number of times playing World of Tanks that people have their mics ON... the **** you hear...

The game's at 7:30 EDT. 4:30 is just when it begins in terms of the watch party?

I think the schedule I'm looking at must have put the game's time in my timezone for me. Game starts at 7:30 pm est and DOLFANS can show up whenever they want to make sure things are working for them. I don't mind helping with setups up until gametime, once 7:30 pm est rolls around then I'll just be focused on enjoying the game.

For anyone not familiar with discord, its a great program, and one of the most popular communication tools for educators and gamers. It's safe on your phone and on your computer.
What it offers: You can post text in the gameday channel I created or chat by voice in the Gameday voice channel I created...or both! You can also post things (Dolphins related only please), and we can stream there and watch games live or on replay when we want to break down film. You don't have to be an admin to stream, post or chat. It's a fun resource for us to celebrate being a DOLFAN. It's pretty simple to use and takes less than 2 minutes to get everything setup.
Please leave the chat for as much Gameday related chat as possible.
Also - I wanted to thank the Finheaven Admins for supporting this new addition to Coaches Corner. Without their support it wouldn't be happening.
