Dolphins Blurbs

I don’t think you can for 99 percent of athletes but I think he’s in the 1 percent that can come back and be as good as good as pre injury form…that guy was on a top 5 edge rusher trajectory which I think he would’ve been by now with no injuries and still can be even after.

Like Dave Puloka said the guy is built different.

That’s a fair point. He’d probably be a $200 mil edge guy if not for the injuries.

By far the most talented and highest upside player on this team.

Underrated on that list Tucker Kraft overrated on that list Trey McBride
Agree on both, McBride is not top 3…I remember wanting Kraft so bad that year he came out and was pissed when GB took him, that year we had no first cause of the tampering and we wasted our 2nd on Cam Smith.

Imagine coming out of that draft with Achane and Kraft as your two picks with no first, would’ve been a home run. Even more so with the Jonnu news, Kraft is the Y TE we are missing.

I think McBride had 2 tds last year. He’s the Brian hartline of tight ends. All between the 20s

PFF top 32 IDL, with a couple former fins.

10. CHRISTIAN WILKINS, LAS VEGAS RAIDERS

Wilkins was Las Vegas’ high-priced free-agent addition along the defensive line last offseason, but he played just 246 snaps in 2024. Still, his 0.68 PFF WAR over the past three years ranks 11th best among interior defenders.

Wilkins has earned PFF run-defense grades above 78.0 in three of his past four seasons.

16. CALAIS CAMPBELL, ARIZONA CARDINALS

Campbell is truly ageless. His 85.9 PFF run-defense grade, earned at 37 years old, was the best mark in the league among interior defenders. He has also recorded single-season PFF overall grades above 75.0 for 13 straight years. His 82.9 mark last season was his highest since 2019.

21. ZACH SIELER, MIAMI DOLPHINS

Sieler enjoyed yet another successful season in 2024. He played 749 snaps — the 15th most among interior defenders — and earned a 78.9 PFF overall grade, which placed 11th. He has also recorded 10 sacks in each of the past two seasons.

Also OT rankings but we didnt have anyone make the list.

Backup QBs ranked by Connor Orr of SI

15. Zach Wilson, Miami Dolphins

Wilson received rave reviews from the Broncos during his one-year stint in Denver. Still, it’s unknown how much Wilson benefited from having a reset year away from the chaos he faced daily in three seasons with the Jets. Perhaps Wilson will become the latest former first-round quarterback of the Jets to have success elsewhere. He’s not expected to play this season unless Tua Tagovailoa sustains more injuries.

Every teams highest rated rookie since 2006..still miss Long he was such a beast his first 4 years.

MIAMI DOLPHINS: T JAKE LONG, 2008 (88.4)

The 2008 Dolphins joined the 1999 Colts as the only two teams in NFL history to have a 10-win improvement from the previous season. No. 1 overall pick Jake Long was a big reason why: He did not allow a sack over the final 13 weeks of the season and was dominant as a run blocker for Ronnie Brown, Ricky Williams and the wildcat offense.

Wanted to draft Tucker but you know how that goes

Why is this thread allowed? We already have a Dolphins Nuggets and it's been around for over three years. Come on moderators!

Wilkins is so overrated it’s crazy

Can someone please forward this to McDaniel so he stops throwing 60 percent screens.

NFL teams are calling more screens. It isn't working

I could be misremembering, but I’m pretty sure I read an article that showed the Dolphins weren’t even in the top 10-15 for screen plays ran.
