Dolphins coaches give up 1st class seats

Yea because it's just that complicated.only certain people believe that there is never a better way with anything we do. They could have solved this issue easily without all the excess u describe of course if people disagree they are just ignorant and don't know anything about flying in your book

I wasn't hired to be an nfl head coach, but if I was, I'd damn sure do my best to never create a quarterback controversy, and as a leader of men, I sure as heck would tell the leader of my offense if I was going to bench him or not in private and before anyone else in the news media found out. In fact when dealing with men, you should rarely correct them in front of other men, unless you do not have the time to do in in private or, the thing they needed correction on is of time critical nature.

Joe is not a leader, and he's had 50 plus years of life to grow into the role, chances are, if he hasn't grown into it by the start of his third season as a head coach, then he never will.

Which is exactly what happened, leader of men. Philbin has been ridiculed for NOT telling the media about the QB situation. He refused to answer that question because he said he wants to meet with his staff first. People are making a big deal about words he did not say. I'm starting to wonder if anyone actually watched that press conference.

He should have just taken a page from Rex Ryan's book and threw him out there in the 4th quarter of the 4th preseason game. QB controversy safely averted.
 
I'm 6'8" 285 pound sailor who has had to endure many over seas fights to and from Kuwait. If I can do it so can they! This team does NOT deserve first class seats at all until they start winning. Hell make them stand for the whole flight if they keep playing like ******* and bitches! I'm so sick of our team being soft and lifeless week after week, season after season! We have seen other franchises build and become winners and strong franchises remain strong yet our mediocre floundering franchise continues to flail around like pathetic premadonnas who think they deserve something when all they have done is either consistently not make the playoffs or if they do we get blown out of the playoffs! I was once a proud and very arrogant Dolphin fan who has become beyond humble who begs for just even modest hopes! What a fall, when will we become consistently relevant again?
 
Um the players should be the ones flying first class on every flight since they're the ones who play the fricken game!!! Coaches can sit in economy

bull****. He played coy and avoided every oppurtunity to show his support for his starting qb.

One of the biggest reasons we have had so much failure is because we have had clueless owners going back to the early Wayne Huizenga days. Then we have had a string of GMs who didn't know talent if it hit them in the face. Partner those things with coaches who can't develop any talent we do have and there you have it.
 
I've flown a fair amount too and not all economy seats are created equal. Some are like being squished in like sardines and others are perfectly fine for me, especially if the middle seat is empty. I'm going to go ahead and assume they researched the matter, especially considering this is the type of thing that's supposed to be Philbin's strong suit...

I hear what you are saying and agree that is sensible. However this is the same media ppl that were offended a NFL player called another NFL player on the same team bad names.

After last year Philbin should have known the question was coming and should of had a better answer.

I understand Philbin worked out the seating based on achieving the optimal weight balance distribution across the aircraft such that the plane was able to shave :06 off of its flight time
