Dolphins Combine Meetings

Kinda funny. After safety day, we need to take Malaki, or Nick. CBs came and same same. Then Dline came and wow we need to take so and so at 13. Then wideouts, running backs were the flavor of the day. Now oline is hot hot hot! Lol.

Tomorrow is punters so there's that I guess.

Alex Mastromanno is my go to punter at 13.

6’2 247 expected to run a 4.8 but if he can get into the 4.7’s we gotta take him at 13. Not even the best part, he’s got a mullet which adds some serious swag to the team.

Grier better sprint to the podium if he’s there.

All of the offensive linemen are reaches at 13. No standouts just fillers.

Miami is desperate, they'll bite...
Thats such a Dolphins move. We will reach for an OL and pass on several studs who will be drafted later.

Then when we could have gotten a good OL in round 2 we will have a weird pick that makes no sense.

Logan Brown! I thought he looked great today, there goes my hope of getting him in the 6th or 7th
I wonder if Center Drew Kendall can play OG. He was outstanding today and he was considered to be a 7th round prospect. Not anymore. He was on the first Team ACC offense so its not like he is just a workout warrior. He could be depth his rookie season then take over as our starting Center next year. I would rather have a decent size Center 6'4 308 than a smallish one like Brewer.

Connor Colby could be another late round IOL. He tested well for a late round prospect.

I am liking Savaiinaea or Ratledge in round 2. They were both impressive today.

Except it’s not an accurate take.

Banks won best trench player in all of football last year and has been slated a top 10ish pick since people were making early mocks last season.

Membou is a 330 pound linemen that ran a 4.9 40 and hit 20.28 mph top speed. Hes an absolute freak.

Both players can play guard or tackle and inside have all pro potential

Wiil we draft either of them though?

Hopefully either of the two or Kenneth Grant.

Have to see who we land in free agency to have a better idea. If the answer is none in free agency then yeah I’d put money on either the two being the pick if they are there.

My favorite Round 1 target is a trade down and Derrick Harmon. I want to pick up an extra 3rd.

I also believe the difference between the caliber of DT Harmon and the best available DT at 48 will be greater than the caliber of OG we would get at 13 compared to 48.

The OLinemen in the 2025 draft can't compare to the OLinemen of the 2024 draft. The talent in 2025 isn't not as good in comparison. Below par to be honest.
I think that’s if you are looking for true tackles, but I love the tackle to guard converts in this draft and that should be right up Miami’s alley.

Any insight on those top few guys? Bums or some sleepers? Some impressive times. Haven’t heard of any besides Logan Brown
I'd be curious if we could move Jared Wilson to G and backup at C? He plays up to SS time.
I've liked Connor Colby as a mid round G for a while.
Caleb Rogers is one I need to study more.
