Dolphins Combine Meetings

You wont have to worry about Dart, he will go late day 1 or early day 2.

BTW, who is coming out in next year's draft that you think he will be QB10? Next year will suck too.

I know hopefully to the jets cause he sucks.

Manning, Nussmeier, Allar, Sellers, Iamaleava probably Beck, Klubnik maybe Leavitt, I’m sure a few sleepers will arise too. Idk if all will come out but all far better prospects than Zach Wilson 2.0

You are literally the only person ive seen with that opinion. about Dart. Maybe, youre right, time will tell. It just feels like you have some sort of grudge against the kid, not sure why.

Manning wont be coming out, book it. Iamaleava looked like hammered **** this year. Beck ? really? Nussmeier has promise, lets see if he can have a good season this year. I'd add Allar to the list, just to help you out, but thats nowhere near 9 qbs ahead of him.

The issue with Banks is. He's never played OG before. So there is no guarantee he's going to have a smooth transition to playing a position he's never played before. It might take some time for him to get acclimated. If that's the case, it make selecting him @ #13 a wasted opportunity.

Blocking is blocking my guy. If you can block you can play guard. Transition to OT is hard because you have to play in space, there’s no spacing at guard just blocking. Only reason a player may not be able to play guard is if they don’t have the strength vs slightly bigger players however that’s not an issue with banks.

You are also drafting for versatility. He projects great at both tackle and guard. I hope we just need guards but the reality is we have a raw unproven talent at LT and a RT thats missed 25 games in the last 3 years. I hope it’s as simple as those two working out and playing banks at guard however that’s the reality and it’s unlikely you’ll find players that have should be starter quality at both positions like banks or Membou as well later in the draft.

Maybe was dramatic about 10 but he still sucks.

Hes a 4th/5th round talent and that’s where everyone had him once the season ended now all of a sudden he’s a 1st or 2nd round talent after the season ends? He’s just the shiniest turd of the bunch in an awful qb class.

Awful footwork, awful mechanics, struggles vs good defenses, average arm, abandons pocket to scramble for no reason, can’t read a defense.

Will be a bust, quote it, save it and show it to me in 3 years after hopefully the Jets draft him 7th overall.

I agree his draft stock has plummeted ever since the Rose Bowl. I don't think he is even good backup material.

I might take Shough the Louisville QB if he is there in the 7th.
Shough is interesting.

Gabriel had a lot of blocked passes against Ohio State. That's the size and type of athletes he will face every week in the NFL.

Heard a talking head that I respect who was at the Senior Bowl practices scouting potential players,(he writes scouting reports for a respected national publication) who was interested in Dart. Said "he's a project". Regularly missed receivers 'running on air', overthrew guys on the sideline out of bounds. He also said he looked great sometimes, incredible was his words. Inconsistent was the other word, not worth being drafted where he probably goes, no no to Dart in the 3rd. He will become somebody else's problem after that. 13th is not a great value for a pure guard, but if Warren is gone I'm in at best available T/G OL, muck the value chart, his worth to this team overrules that.

Agree with his assessment on dart. Hes a 4th or 5th round guy who has talent but is 2-3 years of development before he should ever get a shot. Tape has always said this which is why I don’t get his rising after the season has ended. Sure he has a few nice tools and traits but the tape doesn’t lie and is the best indicator of a players future.
