That's true, I forgot about Kyle Miller. I also don't really expect anything from him, as I have never seen the guy do anything.

Cone was very good on special teams at Atl. That might be the reason he's still here ... for now.

Should have kept Brackett and cut miller, that guy has done less than nothing. Brackett has a lot of potential. This is the only really disappointing move they made.

I hate too that we don't have a serviceable 3rd string QB and I absolutely hope to the depths of my soul they won't be tempted to bring in some chump like thaddeus lewis.

Releasing Brackett was a surprise considering what I've read here. Good news for Hoskins & K Miller?

Seeing Lynch, Gillislee, & AJ Francis were a moderate surprise until ESPN clarified (shocking I know) that the aforementioned were been placed on IR.

They have left themselves plenty of easy cuts on Saturday...putting those 3 guys on ir means some easy decisions...I bet there isn't 5 that they are contemplating right now...I have no doubts a tight end comes off someone else's cuts...so one that makes it is probably gonna be waived not long after

I did notice DJ Williams (Arkansas) who was a 1 time favorite on this site was released by the evil empire.

None of these are surprising at all except for Brackett. I can't help but wonder if it isn't some weird ploy to get him on the PS.
